After not seeing each other for over a decade, Ximena Cano decides to spend a month at her abuelos' home in the mountains. In need of a mental reset, Ximena trades her 9 to 5 grind for farm chores, and life takes a similar routine to when she was a teenager with them under the same roof.As she sees more of the city, Ximena notices strangely familiar inhabitants, causing her to ask questions. While she initially accepts her abuelos' dismissals and vague answers, her gut feeling tells her they aren't being completely honest about the town's going ons. The longer Ximena is there, the harder it is to hide the truth behind her unexpected visit.
